A bit of a busy morning yesterday and didn't get a chance to post but anyone that saw my Facebook status would have seen my Jockey Challenge bets and my Bet Bet of the Day in Zip Code who after firming from $3.20 to start $2 fav and was an easy winner. The Jock Challenge which I will touch on later further indicating how wrong the betting agencies can get this market. Overall it was a very good day and I reckon we saw a few promising horses - I particularly liked the win of Willow Bridge who is a horse to keep following.
Renee Forrest rode a winner yesterday and as such she claims only 3kg now.
Today we see a tough old Pinjarra meeting. Am expecting big fields for the remaining season as the club has announced it will put up stakes immediately to co-incide with the RWWA announced increases for next year.

Before I talk about todays Challenge I will just go back on yesterdays.
From our starting Bank of $1228 we ended up with bets of $369 @ $4 on Ben Kennedy and $79 @ $12 on Steven Parnham. They finished first and 2nd respectively with 11pt and 6pts.
I had Ben Kennedy priced at $1.90 and surprisingly he was available at $4 which is a massive overlay. Somehow Pike was the favorite at $3.80. Here is the SP Prices (taken from CRIS) of the horses they rode :
Ben Kennedy - $1.55, $6.50, $9, $15, $3, $3.40
William Pike - $31, $8, $6, $9.50, $7, $5, $11, $13
Although Pike had 2 more rides it would be hard to argue he was more fancied with those rides against Kennedy who was on 3 favorites for the day.
Now to today and once again I think the market is slightly wrong - this time its more via weight of numbers that my top Jockeys are hard to beat.
Using our new bank of $2,266 and the available prices we have 3 bets today
Pike $352 @ $3.60 - Profit of $573 if successful
Yuill $255 @ $3.40 - Profit of $173 if successful
Ikenushi $87 @ $17 - Profit of $785 if successful
Fingers crossed for another good result.
GOOD PUNTING
